What are your fees?

Callaghan Turner is confident about its results. Therefore, you need only pay on results! This fee to be discussed depending on the cost of the product/service offered and the amount of time involved in producing each sale. You will provide the client data/list for us to work from. If this is sensative data or information we shall provide our confidentiality agreement. If you need us to use a bespoke telephone line there is a small monthly cost (£6-£10). However, the results will always be cost effective.

How do you become familiar with our products and services?

We will ask you to provide us with all your business literature which will enable us to read into your product/service. It is always helpful if you can also provide bullet points on the benefits etc. of your business. We can hold detailed conference calls so that we can become familiar with your business and if necessary if this is a long term contract will visit your offices to become further integrated.

AIso, is it neccesary to send literature to customers after you have spoken to them?

In many sales situations it is necessary to send out company literature/application forms to the prospect. This can either be done by your office or if you do not have the facility, Callaghan Turner can provide a postal service, holding stocks of your literature.

How do we keep in touch with progress?

This is so important! Callaghan Turner will provide you with a daily/weekly report on progress. Very often we have a key person in your business that we will work with if necessary having phone or email contact with during each working day.
